She was raised by her two sisters Kaitlyn, and Carolyn. Kelly is not sharing any details regarding her parents, such as their names or careers. Kelly was a kid who attended ball games with her dad, and became a fan of the sport. To further her education, after she was finished with high school, Kelly attended Clemson University in South Carolina, from which she earned a bachelor's degree in Youth Development Leadership. The University of Miami was her second option, and she was awarded a master's degree in Broadcast Journalism. Kelly was part of the ACC Digital Network for her internship. She also worked as an assistant in production, after which she was offered an official job offer and was an integral part of the ACC Digital Networks. She was hired as a sports-related reporter in addition to conducting interviews during the show "ACC Kickoff", aired on Saturdays. She stayed with the network for two years until 2013, at which point she also contributed to the show "ACC NOW". After her time with ACC Digital Network was over and she joined Fox Sports Florida as a sideline journalist. Her hard work resulted in her getting a job at Fox Sports Sun. She reports on the Tampa Bay Rays and Orlando Magic franchises and provides news about these clubs.
